Working Principle For 4PG Series 800 1200 Roller Crusher

    Four Roller Crusher has four high-strength wear-resistant grinding rollers,the materials was crushed by the high extrusion and cutting from the four rollers' counter rotating.The materials enter into the space(V -crushing cavity) between the top of rollers, be extruding and cut(rough crushing) by the two rollers' counter rotating, then the materials enter into the bottom rollers to proceed secondary extruding,cut and grinded(fine crushing) to the required discharge size and transported by the belt conveyor.
